CareerFlip — privacy notice
CareerFlip is a standalone AI career direction tool, hosted at careerflip.app. sico is the data controller for customer accounts on this product.
1. Account and profile data we hold

2. Document uploads
When you upload a CV or LinkedIn export, the document is stored temporarily, parsed to extract skills and experience, then deleted. The extracted structured data (skills, roles, dates) is retained as your profile. We do not store the original document beyond the parsing step.

4. AI processing
Career analysis features use a large language model to interpret your skill profile and generate role recommendations. Inputs to the model are derived from your structured profile data (skills, roles, preferences) — not your raw CV text or personal identifiers. Model outputs are not used to train future models.
5. Rights and contact
To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email privacy@sico.software. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Account closure
You can close your CareerFlip account from the settings page. Career profile data is deleted within 30 days of closure. Purchase records (Stripe payment history) are retained for 10 years to comply with tax law.
