Response time: within 1 UK working day for paying customers; within 2 for trial / unbilled accounts. Severity-1 incidents (production unavailable, data exposure) are responded to outside hours, best-effort.
App Store and platform reviewers
Use the same address. Mention the app and ticket reference in the subject and we will route within hours.
Security disclosure
For suspected vulnerabilities, please email security@sico.software with reproduction steps. We acknowledge within 2 UK working days and aim to resolve high-severity findings within 30 days. We do not currently run a paid bounty.
Privacy and data requests
Data subject access, erasure, or portability requests for end customers of merchants using our apps should normally be raised with the merchant first (they are the data controller). For requests where sico is the controller — direct customers of Affiliate Manager or platform operators — write to privacy@sico.software. Statutory response deadline is 30 days; we typically respond within 7.
